We are pleased to offer several hotel options for conference attendees. Each is conveniently located near the University of Florida, with special group rates available. Please note that most conference sessions will take place in the Reitz Student Union, and each hotel’s proximity to this location is indicated below.

You must use the reservation links or phone number below to receive the conference rate (single or double occupancy). Reservations made after the stated deadline cannot be guaranteed the discounted rate.

All hotels are available to be booked from Wednesday, March 25 thru Friday, March 27.

Reitz Union Hotel

The most convenient option — stay steps away from meeting spaces, dining, and campus amenities. Perfect for attendees who want to maximize their time at the conference.

AC Hotel

Located directly across the street from the University of Florida, the AC Hotel offers easy access to local restaurants. It is walking distance to Publix, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, and a variety of dining options on University Ave.

Holiday Inn

Located directly across the street from the University of Florida, Holiday Inn offers easy access to local restaurants. It is walking distance to Publix, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, and a variety of dining options on University Ave.

Hilton

Adjacent to University of Florida campus, the Hilton is a 9-minute walk from the Florida Museum of Natural History and a 6-minute walk from the Harn Museum of Art.
